Fotoplicity Model F.A.Q.s

From time to time I look for “models” to showcase new sessions, promotional offerings or to try out new techniques. Model calls are often very specific (age, gender, hair color, etc), but not always. If you are interested in being a Fotoplicity Model, here are the most commonly asked questions and answers.

What is required to be a Fotoplicity model?

If selected as a Fotoplicity Model, you will be required to sign a model release, show up to the model session on time and be willing and able to follow directions. You may be asked to wear certain clothing or accessories. Most model sessions last thirty minutes to one hour.

What do I receive as a model?

As a model you will receive any image I edit and use (up to a total of five) in high-resolution digital form along with a print release with full printing rights. Model sessions provide a total of 3-5 images (selected by me). Between the session and digitals, most model sessions have a retail value of $250 - $600.

As a Fotoplicity model, you will have the opportunity to view a proofing gallery of the best images from the session and be able to purchase prints, products & digitals at a special model rate.

How often do you do model calls?

I hold model calls a couple of times a year. Usually in the winter and summer.
