On-site headshots are best suited for single-session needs where photographing many people at once is the priority. I bring a professional lighting setup to your location and photograph employees efficiently throughout the day.

We start with a brief conversation about your goals, headcount, timing, and whether studio or on-site makes the most sense. I help you choose the best approach and handle the logistics from there.
For studio sessions, employees book individually via a dedicated scheduling link. For on-site sessions, I coordinate the shooting flow to keep things moving. Clear prep guidance is sent so everyone arrives ready.
I guide each person through posing and expression to ensure natural, confident results — even for those who are uncomfortable in front of the camera. Sessions run about 20 minutes each, efficient and relaxed.
Employees select their final image during their session. Finished headshots are delivered fully retouched and ready for immediate use across all company platforms.
