How It Works

Book Your Spot
Select a date and time using the scheduler on this page. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your appointment details and a rescheduling link.

Come In
Arrive at the studio ready to go. The session takes about 15 to 20 minutes. I’ll guide you through every step... no posing experience needed.

Review & Wrap
Before you leave, you’ll review your images on my computer and choose your favorite. Your retouched image is delivered directly to your employer.

Wardrobe & Styling

Simple always photographs best. Neutral tones, solid colors, and business or business-casual attire are the way to go. The focus is on you... not your outfit.

Please review any company-specific wardrobe notes during the scheduling process. Those instructions take priority.

  • ✓ Clothing should be clean, pressed, and well-fitting
  • ✓ Hair and makeup should look fresh and close to your everyday style
  • ✓ If you wear glasses regularly, please bring them
  • ✓ Keep accessories minimal... the focus will be on you
  • ✓ Headshots are photographed torso-up only

Most importantly... wear something you feel confident in. It genuinely shows in your photos.

What You’re Wondering
What if I need to reschedule?
Your confirmation email includes a rescheduling link. Use it anytime before your appointment to pick a new date. Please make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Will I receive copies of my images?
Your retouched image is delivered directly to your employer. Every company handles this a little differently, so please check with your HR team or manager if you’d like a personal copy.
Can I purchase additional images for myself?
Yes... if you’d like to purchase additional images, just let me know at the time of your session. Any images you purchase personally will be delivered directly to you, not your employer. Please note that additional session time and clothing changes are not available as part of this add-on.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $50 no-show fee will be charged directly to you for missed appointments without notice. This fee is your responsibility and is not covered by your employer.
