STEP 1 - The Consultation & QUESTIONNAIRE

Every session begins with an online questionnaire & phone consultation.  The questionnaire will ask some basic questions about your session goals and prepare both of us for our phone consultation.

After you submit the questionnaire we will schedule a phone consultation where we will dive into the details. This is where we will get to know one another better and I can find out you, your family, your personalities, your specific needs, goals, concerns and desires.  Together we will create a session plan, discuss wardrobe, session location, goals and options for where and if and how you wish to display your finished artwork in your home.

STEP 2 - Session Scheduling

Together we will choose your session date and if outdoors, a rain-date. These dates will be reserved specifically for YOU.

STEP 3 - Styling

As soon as you are booked, or about a month prior to your session date I will send you a series of links to help you plan what to wear and how to coordinate your family. You will get instructions on how to select a color palette, where to start styling and you will even get access to a personalized online styling service where you will complete a questionnaire about the session participants and your style preferences. You will then be provided a detailed shopping guide for the entire family. You can shop right from the website or find something similar in your closet!

STEP 4 - The Session

Your photo session will be designed around the consultation.  No surprises, just lots of fun…relax and enjoy!

Within 24 hours you will get to see a sneak peek from your session on social media, unless of course, you selected to opt out of a sneak peek on your initial questionnaire,

STEP 5 - Image PROOFING & COLLECTION PURCHASE

Your images will be ready for viewing approximately two weeks after your session. The image selection and ordering process varies with the type of session you purchase.

You will receive a link to your unedited, watermarked, online proofing gallery of the best images from the session. You will have 48 hours to purchase your desired Collection. Once your Collection is purchased your gallery will be updated for image selection and add-on purchases.

Once your selections are made, they will be edited to perfection and sent to you electronically. Any additional prints or products you order will be ready for pick up within two-three weeks.

STEP 6 - ARTWORK & WALL DESIGN

Once your images are edited, your gallery will remain open for an additional two weeks for add-on purchases. You can request wall design during this time as well.

Your finished wall art, prints and albums will be ready to be collected from the studio approximately 2-6 weeks after your Image Selection Appointment.
